Aer Lingus launch 48 hour flash sale on flights to US & Canada

Passengers can finally fly from the UK to the US from today (8th November) if they are double jabbed.
Until now only US citizens, their immediate families, green card holders and those with national interest exemptions could travel to the US if they have been in the UK or EU in the previous 14 days.
Travellers were initially hopeful that the changes would come in at the start of the month, just in time for half-term.
But to celebrate today's lift on travel restrictions Aer Lingus has announced a 48-hour flash sale on transatlantic return flights.
Christmas in New York anyone? Or what about a sunny trip to Disney World in Florida with the kids?
Well Aer Lingus is offering €100 off return flights to the US and Canada, with direct flights now available to New York, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando, Washington, Seattle and Philadelphia from €169 each way, including taxes and charges.
