Smyth now a QPR player after passing medical
Two-year deal for teen striker
Paul Smyth has finally completed his dream move to QPR after passing a medical yesterday.
The 19-year-old striker has put pen to paper on a two-year deal.
Smyth played his last game for Linfield on Saturday – starring in a 1-0 win over Ballymena.
The Championship side have been trailing the teenager for some time and had two previous bids rejected by the Blues.
But they have now got their man.
Meanwhile, Smyth has been included in Northern Ireland’s under 21 squad to face Albania in a Euro qualifier.
He will join new QPR team-mate, Charlie Owens
