Ireland have won the Six Nations Grand Slam.

They achieved the feat after a 29-16 win over England at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin last night (Saturday).

It was their fifth Slam - and they had to come from behind to win.

England ended up fourth - behind third placed Scotland - who completed their campaign by beating Italy 26-14 at Murrayfield.

Wales' 41-28 defeat to runners-up France left them second from bottom.
