Premier Sports Elite League: Giants up to second after shootout win in Fife
The Belfast Giants are now second in the Premier Sports Elite League after beating Fife Flyers in a penalty shoot-out in Kircaldy last night (Sunday).
Slater Doggett's last-gasp equaliser sent the game into overtime followed by penalties.
Adam Keefe's side sealed the points with further goals from Scott Conway and David Goodwin, and a shoot-out save from Jackson Whistle.
Having picked up seven points out of eight, the Giants now leapfrog the Cardiff Devils in the overall standings,
