ODI Cricket: McBrine shines as Ireland record memorable series win over the West Indies
Ireland wrapped up an incredible 2-1 win in their One-Day International series with the West Indies yesterday evening (Sunday) in Jamaica.
The visitors had gone into the series hit badly by a number of covid cases.
But against all the odds, they ran out winners in the crucial final game by two wickets.
Andy McBrine from Donemana in Co Tyrone, produced another fine display after his heroics in the second match.
The 28 year old helped himself to four wickets in the win and also caught the eye with the bat.
