Henderson facing citing complaint and could miss out on Ireland return
The Ulster lock will appear before a disciplinary committee in Edinburgh
Iain Henderson will face a disciplinary committee in Edinburgh later today (Tuesday) – after a citing complaint.
It follows an alleged incident during Ulster’s recent win over Ospreys.
Henderson is due to appear before the committee via video link.
If it finds the 26-year-old lock in breach, he could be suspended for two weeks.
Henderson has just returned to the game after being side-lined with a finger injury.
It is expected he is in Joe Schmidt’s plans for Ireland’s next Six Nations game against Italy on Sunday.
However, he will miss out on an international return if he is banned.
