Giants hit Stars for six

The Belfast Giants got back to winning ways in the Elite League after beating Dundee Starts 6-4 at the SSE last night.

A Brendan Connolly hat-trick helped them on their way along with a double from Darcy Murphy and powerplay strike from Blair Riley.

But it was Dundee who opened the scoring on 14 minutes – before the Giants hit back.

Next up for Adam Keefe’s side is a weekend double header against Edinburgh Capitals and Milton Keynes Lightning.
