Crusaders have some work to do if they are to progress in the Europa Conference League.

Last night (Thursday) they lost 2-0 in Switzerland in their second round first leg qualifier with Basel.

The hosts were reduced to 10 men after midfielder Taulant Xhaka (main pic) was sent off in the first half.

It was decent performance from Stephen Baxter's side given Basel reached the last 16 of the competition last season.

The two sides will meet again on Thursday at Seaview.
