Euro 2022: Keeper Burns sees red as NI suffer defeat in final friendly
Northern Ireland's senior women's team lost 4-1 to Belgium last night (Thursday) in their final warm-up game for the Euros.
Kenny Shiels' side were already up against it at the Herman Vanderpoortenstadion in Lier - facing a team 28 places above them in the world rankings.
However, their task became even more difficult when goalkeeper Jackie Burns (main pic) was sent off with 20 minutes left and the score at 1-1.
Northern Ireland then conceded three goals in 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, Shiels will announce his squad for the Euros on Monday.
Their opening game will be against Norway on July 7.
