It was a weekend of mixed fortunes for the Belfast Giants in their weekend home double-header with the Cardiff Devils.

After a 3-1 win on Saturday night, the Giants lost 5-4 in overtime.

Adam Keefe's side are still top of the table - but that lead is now cut to four points.

The Guildford Flames are hot on their heels in second place with a game in hand after they beat the Sheffield Steelers 5-4 in overtime.

And the third-place Steelers will be in Belfast on Friday night before the Giants host Manchester Storm the following evening.
