Ulster will be without Rob Herring, Dave Ewers and Sean Refell for this Saturday's must-win Champions Cup clash away to Harlequins.

Reffell picked up a groin injury in the weekend defeat to Toulouse at the Kingspan, while groin Ewers suffered concussion in the same match.

Ireland international Herring, who missed the 48-24 defeat to the French side last Saturday due to what's been described as a 'significant' elbow injury in training last Thursday, is also out again and is due to see a specialist this week to find out the extent of the injury

In better news for Head Coach Dan McFarland, back row David McCann has now returned to full team training and is available for selection for the Harlequins match at The Stoop, which is this Saturday at 3pm.
