Ireland have secured an historic first ever win on New Zealand soil.

Andy Farrell's side defeated the All-Blacks 23-12 in Dunedin on Saturday morning to keep the series alive.

Andrew Porter landed two tries for the winning Irish.

The series will now go down to next week's winner-takes-all clash in Wellington.

Ireland had never beaten New Zealand before 2016 - but they have now won four of the last seven meetings between the sides.

However, this victory possibly the most commanding example of the progress made under Andy Farrell.

New Zealand were twice temporarily reduced to 13-men in the first half.

Ireland will be ready for a rousing All-Blacks retort next week, but they will more than fancy their chances again.
