Here's how the weather is shaping up for Easter Weekend in Northern Ireland
Don't put away your winter coats just yet!
Spring has officially sprung, the kids are off school and the Easter holidays are here.
There is some good news as forecasters are predicting a "settled but cooler" start to Easter in Northern Ireland.
According to the Met Office; "Many places will be fine and dry for Good Friday, with sunny spells."
However the second half of Easter weekend will turn more changeable and cooler.
"Very cold Arctic air will move in from the north west through Easter Sunday, bringing snow showers and freezing overnight temperatures."
Temperatures are likely to be around or below average for the time of the year, with a potential for widespread overnight frosts.
With Easter falling so early in April this year, there was always a chance there would be some cooler weather.
NORTHERN IRELAND EASTER FORECAST
Friday:
Another settled day with all staying dry and enjoying occasional bright and sunny spells. Winds mostly light and variable but a moderate northerly breeze at times around the coasts. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Saturday dry and bright. Sunday brings strong to gale winds, a band of rain crossing from north, clearing to showers, these turning wintry to all levels late Sunday and through Easter Monday.
