How well do you really know Belfast?

Sometimes all you need is a new perspective to see the beauty in something special.

This summer enjoy a bird’s eye view of Belfast from the top of Botanic Garden's new Panoramic Viewing Wheel, where you can take in views across some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Kids are going to love this, imagine spotting the bustling city shrunk down to look like a playscape of tiny cars, buses, trains and little ant like people.

The 33-metre wheel is located on the lawn just in front of the park's Tropical Ravine. It is open daily 12 noon to 30 minutes before park closing time from 3 July to 26 September.

You might remember the giant wheel that sat beside city hall a few years ago, well this one sits 90ft shorter than that.

How much does it cost?

Tickets can be purchased online or on site at the ticket box by contactless or cash payment.

Ticket prices:

  • ÂŁ14 for family ticket
  • ÂŁ4.50 per adult
  • ÂŁ3.50 per junior (under 1.5m)
  • ÂŁ4 per student (on production of valid 3rd level student identity card)
