Two pedestrians injured during Dungannon crash

Two pedestrians have been taken to hospital following a collision in Dungannon.

The men in the 30s and 50s were standing on Scotch Street when they were struck by a Volvo vehicle which collided with a parked car.

The Air Ambulance was tasked to the scene at around 11am on Monday morning.

One man is in a stable condition at The Royal Victoria Hospital while the other was brought to Craigavon Area Hospital, and is also in a stable condition.

Sergeant David Cochrane said: “We are looking into the cause of the collision and would be keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw what happened or who may have captured dashcam footage.
