Stormont leaders are set to have their first big meeting today (Thursday).

Among the issues on the Executive table will be child care arrangements and the finances, particularly in the light of the Government's request for Stormont to raise £113m in additional funds over the next year.

Both First MInister Michelle O'Neill and Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly have ruled out increasing Northern Ireland's regional rate by 15%.

They were speaking yesterday during a visit to the Shankill Women's Centre in Belfast.

They earlier visited the Ashton Centre and described developing childcare support as a key priority for the new Executive.
