Secretary of State, Karen Bradley, is expected to hold round-table talks later today (Thursday) in Belfast with the main political parties.

It comes after she signalled her intent to consider bringing in an external mediator to help break the impasse at Stormont.

It is understood Ms Bradley will also meet businesses impacted by the Primark fire.

Meanwhile, from today, MLAs’ pay will drop from £49,500 to just under £36,000.
