The Paramilitary Crime Task Force has seized around £3,000 in cash.
Officers from the unit stopped a vehicle on the M1 on Sunday.
Detective Inspector White said: “Our operations will continue into paramilitary groups and they can expect no let-up in our focus regarding their criminality.”
