Caroline O'Neill is a mother to Tess (1), Darragh (5) and Pearse (6).
As well as home-schooling this year, the Tyrone woman was running her own marketing busines, DIGG for Success.
Her work ethic rubbed off on her little boy Darragh, who rose to international fame because of his never-ending to-do list video online!
Off the back of that viral video, in the run up to Christmas, Tyrone’s busiest man teamed up with Donegal singer-songwriter Jim (Farmer) Harte to launch the ‘I’m a busy man’ in a fundraising bid.
The song was created to help raise funds for Women’s Aid, Children in Northern Ireland (CiNI) and Downtown Radio and Cool FM’s very own Cash for Kids Mission Christmas.
Over £100,000 being raised for charities including Cash for Kids, which works to provide for children at risk of spending Christmas without any presents.
This led to Caroline winning the Women in Business Awards for Generosity of Spirit, before last bight been crowned the overall Inspiring Woman of the Year at a virtual ceremony.
Our reporter Sarah McKinley spoke to Caroline about her top tips for success in business, juggling family life, and educating kids about equality.
