A plan is under way to help save Northern Ireland's crisis-hit music industry

It follows a collaboration between local music collective Sound Diplomacy and Belfast City Council

Together they have produced a survey - and the results will form a comprehensive recovery plan out of lockdown

Oh Yeah Centre chief Charlotte Dryden says it is vital voices are heard

“This piece of work is so important, she said.

“Over the last year music has obviously been completely devastated by covid and the responses to this survey will directly feed into a recovery plan and a music strategy for Belfast

“It is a brilliant opportunity for the music community to have their voices heard and I would totally urge musicians, DJs, venues, audiences, music fans – anyone with an interest in music to get involved and help inform how we move forward together.”
