NI hunt for missing woman and kids
The PSNI say Kelly Lloyd and her children could be anywhere in Ireland.
The PSNI's issued an urgent appeal for help in tracing a welsh woman and her three children.
35 year old Kelly Lloyd and her kids are described as high-risk missing persons.
They recently travelled by boat to Belfast and may be accompanied by a man called Stuart Handley
