Could this be the next Ice Bucket Challenge?

Meet Jonny Seeds who's 26 and from Newtownabbey.

He's come up with an idea that has snowballed through the week, The Dance Nomination Challenge.

It's a simple idea - all that's needed to take part is a camera and music to dance to in your living room.

Jonny explains what made him take up the challenge;

"I'm lucky that i've got friends to have a bit of fun. I have people around me. The sad fact is, there are people out there that have nobody"

“Most of us have grandparents, it breaks my heart to think there are people out there that have no one. It's very sad."

Age NI are a charity based in Belfast and help older people who have nobody in their lives. They work hard to raise the profile and believe that living longer should be celebrated and those who need help should be supported.
