MUCKAMORE ABBEY: woman arrested in probe into allegations of patients' ill-treatment
A 34-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with allegations of ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey hospital in Co Antrim.
She is the 20th person to be arrested.
Police say the woman was arrested this morning (Tuesday) in the Antrim area.
It is understood seven people have been informed they are to be prosecuted by the Public Prosecution Service for a range of offences, including ill-treatment and wilful neglect.
