Men due in court in connection with Dungannon incident

Three men are due in court today (Saturday) one charged with attempted murder after an incident in Dungannon on Tuesday, November, 2.

A 30-year-old male has been charged with a number of offences including attempted murder, affray and driving related offences.

A 23-year-old male has been charged with affray, possession of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence and criminal damage.

A 41-year-old male has been charged with affray, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, dangerous driving and possession of a firearm or imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

One male was released on bail pending further enquiries.

As is usual all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
