Man in hospital after being 'attacked with hatchet' in north Belfast
A 34-year-old man is in hospital after two other men reportedly attacked him with a hatchet in north Belfast on Sunday.
The victim was struck in the head with the hatchet at around 1.15am in the Glenrosa Link area and has been taken to hospital where he is in a stable condition.
Two men aged 26 were detained by police a short time after the attack, and are being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder.
They are being interviewed at Musgrave police station.
