Man dies in Co Down crash

A single-vehicle collision happened yesterday on the Ballynahinch Road, Dromara

A man has died following a single-vehicle collision on the Ballynahinch Road, Dromara yesterday (Tuesday).

Police say the crash involved a blue Scania lorry shortly after 7.45am.

Emergency services attended the scene but sadly the driver of the lorry died from his injuries.

The Ballynahinch Road has now re-opened and an investigation is underway.
