A retired teacher from south Belfast says the pandemic has left her feeling 'lonely, anxious and frightened.'

Emily Gill took early retirement from her teaching job but was never one to stand still so has had numerous jobs since.

Before the pandemic, Emily worked with adults with learning disabilities and was a blue badge tour guide.

She told Downtown Cool FM about the challenges of lockdown as part of our You're not alone campaign:

"I must admit it's very lonely.

"I go out every day for a walk, I still do my yoga in the mornings, I still keep all that up but there's nothing like a good face-to-face meeting and a hug from your grandkids."
