Belfast: Man charged with attempted murder

It follows an incident in north Belfast yesterday

Detectives from the Public Protection Branch have charged a 37-year-old man with attempted murder following an incident at a property in north Belfast.

It happened in the Cliftonville Road area in the early hours of yesterday morning (Tuesday).

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday).

All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
