Just like every supermarket you walk into; Christmas is at the forefront of all our minds.

With Halloween only a few days away, Christmas is right around the corner. One of the biggest events in Northern Ireland is the Belfast Christmas Market which you don’t want to miss!

The Market will be open from the 18th of November to 22nd of December for its 18th year at Belfast City Hall.

The market has been ranked in the ’16 Best Christmas Markets in the UK’ for 2023 according to The Times.

At no. 8 on the list, the Belfast Christmas market has been recognised for the abundance of food options and has also been given the title of best ‘festive drinks.’

Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savoury, there is something for everyone in the wide range of food stretching from local to international treats with Kangaroo burgers, mac and cheese, churros and Dutch pancakes washed down with a delicious cup of hot cocoa or mulled wine; the list goes on.

Alongside the delicious food on offer, stalls will be selling gorgeous Christmas trinkets and gifts from small local businesses.

The Times said, “Belfast Christmas market brings a glittering glow to the City Hall gardens when dozens of wooden Chalets are set up in the grounds.”
