PSNI officers are appealing for information after an arson attack to two cars in Londonderry.

Just after midnight today, in the Corrody Road area of Derry, the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service extinguished a fire to two cars in a roadside layby,

Both vehicles are extensively damaged. The incident is being treated by police as arson.

A PSNI statement said: "Anyone with information is asked to contact police by calling 101, quoting 5 14/09/24.
