A luxury super yacht, named Bella Vita, that's worth $60m has docked in Belfast today.
The yacht is thought to be owned by the US billionaire Dwight Schar - the founder of NVR, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that is the third-largest home builder in the United States.
At 60 metres long, the boat was reportedly first built for Reebok founder Paul Fireman.
According to the Yacht Company’s website: “Her detailing is classic and cleverly uses natural light to highlight the spacious interiors. Her stately dining area ensures she is an ideal yacht for entertainment. She sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 luxurious staterooms.”
With a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, the Bella Vita is one of the world’s finest yachts.
We’re talking six decks of seven-star luxury!
On the owner’s deck, a master suite benefits from a private outdoor area, as well as a library and a bar.
Onboard you’ll also find a cinema, grand piano, and glass elevator, with a Jacuzzi and touch-and-go helipad on deck.
It’s not yet known why the super yacht has docked in Belfast, but at least the weather is behaving for guests on board.
