Charlie Hanlon is a 17-year-old songwriter and performer from Downpatrick, following very much in the footsteps of ASH.
His 2021 release, ‘Kids Today’ was a breakthrough moment, the arrival of a teenage contender. This continued in 2022 with the smartly-produced throwdown that is ‘Lost Myself’.
ASH Said: "We’re delighted to have Charlie Hanlon playing with us at our 30th anniversary celebration. He’s a great upcoming talent from our hometown of Downpatrick and he’s 17 years old, the same age as we were when we signed our first record deal.”
