Disney's The Lodge back in NI for series two
The cast of the hugely successful music-filled drama The Lodge have returned to our shores and took some time out of their busy filming schedule to chat to us.

The show is the highest rated series debut on Disney Channel UK in the last four years and accompanying digital content has already received over 14 million views.
David Levine, Vice President, Programming, Production and Strategic Development, Disney Channels EMEA and General Manager, Disney Channels UK and Ireland told us what to expect from the second season.
“We’re focused on producing the best series we can for season two.
“We have new stars, new talent, new songs, new dance numbers, new mysteries and we are really focused on making sure it’s the best series it could be,” he said.
And he added Northern Ireland is a top spot for shooting with a host of local talent.
“Disney had a great experience in NI for series one. NI has a great production crew and great locations and welcomed us with open arms for season one.
“Great locations, great crew and just a great attitude, everyone’s really welcomes us with open arms here,” David said.
Montalto Estate in Ballynahinch is the chosen set of filming for season two, along with other locations across Northern Ireland. We were invited along to meet the cast and they even gave us an exclusive rendition of series one song, ‘If you only knew.’
Leading lady Skye played by Sophie Simnett was joined by Jade Alleyne (Kaylee) and Thomas Doherty (Sean) on the set to share their experience of filming in Northern Ireland and they were full of praise for the hospitality here.
