Blink-182 postpones Belfast gig next week amid Travis Barker 'family emergency'

Blink-182 have just announced they're postponing their shows in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin this week after drummer Travis Barker had to travel home for a 'family emergency.

The band were originally scheduled to play at the SSE Arena, Belfast on Monday 4th September.

The group broke the news today on social media just six hours before their show in Glasgow.

“Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States,” the statement read.

“The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.

A message on the SSE Arena Belfast's website reads: "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States.

"The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
