The Bank of Ideas is a new initiative by Belfast 2024 that gives the people of Belfast a chance to create and choose creative projects for their city, plus the chance to get up to £2,000 to make it happen.

Over 125 ideas have been lodged in the bank, that includes everything from bicycle raves and recycled wildflower seed bombs to creative caravans and comedy shows.

Now it’s time to cast your votes and choose what you want to fund in your area!

Don’t miss voting day on June 2nd in Belfast City Hall, from 2pm - 5pm, where people can hear from the hopeful applicants at a market of creative ideas across the grand rooms of City Hall.

Open for all ages, there will also be circus workshops, drawing stations, mini boat-making, music from buskers, a roving performance from the Belfast Ukelele Jam.

If you can’t make the voting day in person but would like to vote, you can contact belfast2024@belfastcity.gov.uk for an alternative.
