Two Northern Ireland bars have been named amongst the best in the UK
Cheers to that! 🥂
A recent survey by arcade retailer Liberty Games, ranked the UK's top pubs and bars based on customer reviews.
We're a nation known for our welcoming hospitality, unique charm and mighty craic, so there had to be at least one local spot represented.
There were in fact two pubs in Belfast and Derry/Londonderry that made the Top 30 list 👏
Kelly’s Cellars, on Bank Street in Belfast city centre and The Blackbird located on Foyle Street in Derry.
This shortlist means so much to to those nominated because it's voted for by customers - collecting data from reviews on TripAdvisor.
One customer's raving review after a trip to Kelly's Cellars reads:
"Came here for a wee pint of Guinness and some homemade stew before I would shoot on with my daily duties. On arrival I've received a Warm Welcome from Kirsty, she showed me down the table, brought me my stew promptly. Stew tasted Amazing and it was the Best Guinness in Town! 😎 Great warm atmosphere, followed by warm service, what else do you want?
Meanwhile in the walled city, Blackbird scored an impressive 4.5 stars out of 5 online. Mandaz95 described her visit as: "Excellent food & service great music too , very reasonably priced food too & lovely cocktails, love the blackbird it’s a must when in Derry."
From show-stopping cocktails to first-class entertainment and live music, both bars guarantee a great night out.
So if you're on the hunt for somewhere new in town Kelly's Cellars and the Blackbird should be top of you list.
