Belfast ranked one of the UK's cheapest cities for a night out

Would you agree? 🍻🍕

Author: Emma Dickson

A recent study compared the price of a pint of beer, a cocktail, a fast-food meal and a taxi fare from each student hotspot across the UK to see who is forking out the most for a night in town.

Scotland's Dundee came out on top, with an impressive total of £25.35, the Welsh capital Cardiff came in a close second with £27.33.

Surprisingly Leeds topped the list for the cheapest fast-food meal at £4.82, meanwhile the students in Leicester pay on average just £3.03 for a pint.

Can you guess which city was voted the most expensive at £49.66? London, of course , with Oxford coming in close behind for the second most expensive city on a student night out.

Belfast's total came in at a reasonable £30.34 - do you think that's too much?
