Celebrations launch 'Bounty Return Scheme' in hilarious Christmas advert

Are you a fan of the gooey coconut treat wrapped in tasty milk chocolate?

They're like Marmite - some people love them, while others HATE them. But honestly, they're usually the last left abandoned in the tin come New Years Eve 🤣

According to the makers of the Celebrations tin, Mars, "every Christmas thousands of Bounty Celebrations go unloved."

This year their Christmas advert is a heart-warming festive film featureing two Christmas outcasts, a Bounty Bar and a Brussels Sprout.

Could this unlikely duo be this year's Christmas 'must-have' around the dinner table?

Mars has seemingly accepted the fact that Bounty's aren't a popular choice for many, after a recent survey found 52% of people admitted to leaving them last and 32% chuck them away.

To avoid waste this year, the team has launched a 'Bounty Return Scheme' that will allow Christmas chocolate lovers to swap their unwanted bars out for alternatives in January 2022.

That's not even the best part...you can swap them for everyone's favourite – Malteser Teasers.

The scheme is rolling out across three locations Including Glasgow, London and Manchester from the January 17.

If this campaign goes well, who knows, maybe Belfast could be a location for next Christmas!
