The Apprentice fans shocked to learn boardroom scenes are filmed in a warehouse

What?!

After a slight delay, series 18 of The Apprentice finally hit our screens last week (Thursday 1st February), as a whole bunch of new candidates tried to impress Lord Alan Sugar to become his next business partner.

And whilst episode one left viewers in stitches thanks to the complete failure of the first task, viewers have now been left shocked to learn about some of the show's filming secrets.

As viewers will know, Lord Sugar is joined by his aides Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell MBE in what looks to be a fancy boardroom at various points of the show, including the all-important "you're fired" scenes, but it turns out all is not what it seems...

Former contestant Brad Johnson has been spilling secrets about the show on TikTok, where he revealed the boardroom scenes are actually filmed... IN A WAREHOUSE!

Khadeejah Khan, the lady who answers the phone to Lord Sugar and tells the candidates they can enter the boardroom, has also shared a video on TikTok, which clearly shows she's standing on a set.

Fans were quick to comment expressing their utter shock. One wrote: 'damn it's a set in a warehouse, that's so depressing, I really thought they were at the top of that building in canary wharf 😂'. (sic)

Another wrote: 'You’re telling me they’re actually not in a skyscraper in Canary Wharf 💀💀 sugars a billionaire. Couldn’t they at least film in a nice place', with a third adding: 'My whole life has been a lie how is it a set not an actual boardroom'. (sic)

Another shocked viewer wrote: 'What … I thought this was an actual high rise, flash office?? 😂😂😂😂', with another commenting: 'I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ACTUAL OFFICE'. (sic)

Meanwhile, after series 18 kicked off last week, viewers were left cringing as the new candidates attempted to put on an away day for corporate clients in the Scottish Highlands.

After crumble fish cakes, poor communication and premature celebrations, it was Oliver Medforth who lost his place in the process.
