He's revealed all...

After Love Island finished on Monday night (29th July), it's hard to find another TV programme that matches up to the love and drama, especially now Big Brother has ended!

So when the hit ITV2 show returns for its first ever winter version in January 2020, it will have only been five months since the summer series ended, meaning we really don't have that long to wait!

And Love Island's narrator Iain Stirling has revealed he thinks the winter version of the show will be BETTER than the summer series because of one reason - everyone will be at home as no one will be away on a summer holiday!

Speaking to Christine Lampard on Lorraine, Iain said the winter series will be more "exciting", and when asked to explain why, the comedian confessed, “Because I always find with the summer Love Island, obviously you want to watch it in the summer but you’ve got festivals to go to, and holidays and stuff.

“In January you’re just eating beans and you’re skint so like… you know what I mean?"

He went on to say, “You’re paying off your Santa Claus debt, and now you can stare at beautiful people in bikinis, in the sunshine in Cape Town which is in South Africa".

However, whilst he has revealed that he and Caroline Flack will be back to help host the show, Iain didn't reveal whether he would be heading out to South Africa to narrate the show or whether he'll be doing that from the COLD UK!

He said, “Well who knows, who knows where I’ll be, I might be behind a bush in Luton on a remote connection".

We can't wait!

TOMMY STOLE LUCIE FROM JOE

After surfer girl Lucie coupled up with Joe on the first episode of the series, things seemed to get off to a good start... before Tommy entered hours later.

Tommy chose to couple up with Lucie, stealing her from poor Joe. He said in the Beach Hut, "At the moment the girl I want to pursue is going to be Lucie. She's a surfer, she goes to the gym. Her body is banging. She has beautiful eyes, a beautiful face, beautiful everything."
