Despite dating Irish beauty Maura Higgins, Love Island 2019 star Curtis Pritchard revealed he's open to dating men in the future, opening up about his sexuality in a recent interview.

After his words were published, a number of vile online trolls sent horrible messages to Curtis online, and now his fans have jumped to the dancer's defence.

Curtis said, “I’ve been with women and I’m with a woman now. You can never put a label on anything. It’s a cliche to say, but love is blind. I can never ever say what will happen in the future. I wouldn’t rule anything out.”

One fan wrote, 'You're a good man, Curtis. Don't ever change no matter what these stranger say about you behind their phone screens. Nothing else matters but your happiness.' sic

Another added, 'You are absolutely amazing and I'm so proud of you ❤❤❤'. sic

A third then wrote, 'Curtis, you’re such a great guy and deserve the best, ignore the hate because you’re doing great'. sic

It comes after Maura supported her man when she appeared on This Morning on Monday (5th August) morning.

Speaking to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, Maura said, "I mean we are very happy and we are taking things slow. You don’t need to put a label on anything. He makes me happy and I make him happy and that’s all that’s important. In the villa it is very different and now we are out of the villa, we just want to take things slow.”

The This Morning hosts then asked the Irish beauty if she was 'in love' with Curtis, to which she replied, “I am not in love just yet but I am getting the feels."

TOMMY STOLE LUCIE FROM JOE

After surfer girl Lucie coupled up with Joe on the first episode of the series, things seemed to get off to a good start... before Tommy entered hours later.

Tommy chose to couple up with Lucie, stealing her from poor Joe. He said in the Beach Hut, "At the moment the girl I want to pursue is going to be Lucie. She's a surfer, she goes to the gym. Her body is banging. She has beautiful eyes, a beautiful face, beautiful everything."
