Start your engines...the fourth series of Ru Paul's Drag Race is just around the corner, and we've got a local queen taking part!

Meet Jonbers Blonde 👋 Hailing from Banbridge Co Down, Jonbers' dreams have come true joining the cast of such an iconic show.

Sharing a video interview with producers ahead of the announcement, Jonber's opened up with an almighty "Yeooooooooo."

She continued: "I've been doing drag for 14 years, I definitely put myself into the fashion category. I have been a fashion editor of several magazines, I have walked runways in London and Paris. I'm not on Ru Paul's Drag Race UK, I'm at Ru Paul's Met Ball, what a dream!"

Having worked with pop stars like Melanic C, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Nadine Coyle, Years & Years and Sam Smith, Jonbers knows a thing or two about the showbiz world.

The hit show, which first aired in the UK back in 2019, will hit our screens on Thursday 22nd September.

On Wednesday 31st August, Drag Race UK bosses announced a whole host of celebrity guests for the fourth series!

Included in the incredible line-up is Dame Joanna Lumley, Alison Hammond, Hannah Waddingham, Aisling Bea, Cathy Dennis, Boy George, Lorraine Pascale and, Leomie Anderson.

Spice Girl Mel C and Years & Years singer Olly Alexander will also appear.

Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly and 2021 contestant AJ Odudu will appear for the famous Snatch Game, whilst professional dancer Giovanni Pernice helps the Queens with choreography.
