Hollyoaks spoilers: Tony Hutchinson escapes from the pig farm

It turns out she held him captive

Tony Hutchinson has seriously been through it over the past few weeks in Hollyoaks, but he manages to finally escape from the pig farm – how will Breda react? It all kicks off when Breda accidentally leaves behind her sewing kit, Tony manages to pick the lock on his cage and escape...

Soon after Goldie McQueen goes looking for her mum at the pig farm – will she put two and two together and discover her mum has been keeping someone hostage?

Elsewhere in the village Darren Osborne asks Luke Morgan to help out at The Hutch and the pair begin to reminisce about their past together.

Cindy Cunningham and Luke Morgan continue their secret 'relationship' but it soon becomes clear that one of them is more interested in the other.

Also Scott Drinkwell confronts Mitchell Deveraux, Jesse Donovan is feeling put out by his older brother Liam Donovan and there's still trouble in paradise for Mercedes and Sylver McQueen.

Hollyoaks spoilers: Monday 30 September - Friday 4 October 2019

The week starts with Tony waking up from a nightmare only to realise he's in another one – at the pig farm.

Sylver McQueen discovers that his mum has been lying to everyone about where she's going everyday… Breda gives Tony a lollipop and it leaves him asking whether she's drugging him to keep him weak.

Tony then tells her that her plan to help children is flawed and she'll end up burning in hell. Breda storms out and forgets to shut the door, she's also left her sewing kit behind…

Back at The Dog, Sylver and Jack Osborne want to know what Breda has been up to and they decide to confront her.

However while she's talking with her son and fiancé it dawns on her that she left the pig farm door open and her sewing kit behind. She rushes off back to Tony…

Elsewhere Tony is using one of Breda's sewing needs to pick the lock on his cage… After Sylver tracks his mum down in the car park at The Dog he urges her to open up to him.

When Breda finally arrives at the pig farm she sees that Tony is missing… Back in the village Joel Dexter tells Goldie McQueen that he mum hit him over the head with a bible.

Goldie wants to confront her mum and decides to visit her at the pig farm…. She later talks to her mum at the village and she jumps to conclusion and assumes Breda is having a breakdown.

Goldie decides it's best to sell the pig farm however Breda refuses. Sylver, Goldie and Jack grow more and more worried about her.

While Goldie is walking Bronzer in the woods she discovers Harry Thompson's grave… Diane Hutchinson decides to officially report her husband Tony as missing.

Despite all the drama last week Marnie Nightingale and Romeo Quinn and determined to get James Nightingale back in the dating date.

Unfortunately he's preoccupied and thinks it's too soon after Harry… Even though Marnie and Romeo begin to squabble it manages to cheer James up for a bit.

Tony's absence begins to affect The Hutch and Darren reluctantly lets his former BFF help him in the kitchen when he's short staffed.

There's a slight mishap in the kitchen and it results in Darren and Luke being topless. Cindy walks in and it's safe to say she enjoys the show…

Darren and Luke begin to reminisce about when they first went into business together. Luke then says it's stupid for him to think it would have worked out and asks Darren to buy him out of The Hutch.

Cindy is eager for Luke to hang around and decides to give him the money to set up his own restaurant in the old florist.

Mandy Richardson notices that Cindy is feeling lonely and decides to set her up on a date at The Dog.


During her date, Cindy spots Luke who is also on a date with someone else. Both of their dates end in a disaster so they decide to run out of the pub together.

One thing leads to another and they get cosy at The Loft… The next day the pair wake up together and look forward to buying the florist and Loft yard.

Cindy even gets Tom Cunningham to help invest in her plan for 'Cunningham's Grand Bizarre'. Grace Black even agrees to sell to them.

Cindy begins to celebrate and goes to kiss Luke but he pushes her away. On the day of the 'Grand Bizarre' Cindy is still feeling scorned by Luke – will it go to plan or end in a disaster?

Scott tells Mitchell that he needs to stop blaming his recent behaviour on being drunk. Mitchell finally confesses that he does want Scott.

Scott makes it clear that he doesn't want to be second best and Mitchell needs to choose – him or Cleo McQueen.

Jesse is feeling put out when Liam makes more of an effort with Iona Campbell.

Courtney reassures Jesse that it's not a competition but when he seeks the advice from Darren, he urges him to show Liam who's boss.

When the topic of Courtney and Jesse getting married comes up, Jesse runs out of the door. Later the pair begin to argue about not getting married.

Liam makes Jesse realise that he doesn't want to be with Courtney for the rest of his life, so he re-proposes and she accepts.

Mercedes McQueen avoids having sex with her husband and she opens up to Nana McQueen and admits she doesn't deserve Sylver's love after what she's done.

While Liam collects some shelves from Sylver at The Emporium he hands baby Iona over to Mercedes.

She struggles with the constant baby reminder following her termination. Nana urges her to tell Sylver the truth.

Sylver talks to Liam about fatherhood and admits he wants to be a dad in the future. Mercy feels conflicted about having a baby with her husband.

She decides to ask Liam about it but he tells her to do whatever will make her happy because life is too short. What will she decide?

At Hollyoaks High School there's a school trip to the theme park but Imran Maalik doesn't think he can ask his mum for the money following the latest incident.

Ollie Morgan forges Misbah's signature and hands in the permission slip for Imran. Misbah is stunned when Sienna Blake shows her the slip but covers for her son and decides he can go.

Before any of the drama above happens, here's what in store for the Hollyoaks residents next week…

The week begins with Maxine Minniver telling her husband Damon Kinsella that she only has weeks left to live. She then tries to get James to waive his legal fees but he refuses. Damon then sells his half of The Loveboat and when Sienna finds out she tells Maxine she'll no longer help her with her lies.

It's not long before James tries to track down Maxine's medical records and when he does he discovers the truth – but what will he do with it?

Elsewhere Liberty savage has some good news for Sienna, Marnie sets James up on a blind date but it doesn't go well and Mitchell SNOGS Anita Tinkle.
