Hollyoaks spoilers: Ste Hay struggles with the far-right extremists
He's groomed by the far-right extremists for almost a year...
In November last year Hollyoaks bosses confirmed that Ste Hay will be groomed by a far-right group and over the past few months viewers have seen him become brainwashed.
However things come to a head next week in the village when things get out of control and the police get involved….
Meanwhile Maxine Minniver is harassed online following Damon Kinsella's arrest, Bobby Costello has questions for Mercedes McQueen and things are awkward between Mitchell Deveraux and Scott Drinkwell.
Hollyoaks spoilers: Monday 16 - Friday 20 September 2019
The week begins with Ste giving a speech at Stuart Sumner's 'family day' to rapturous applause. However when Jack Osborne spots their event at The Teahouse he's disgusted and reports them to the police.
Ste is buzzing after taking selfies with his 'fans', elsewhere Stuart and Jonny Baxter discuss inviting him into their plan.
Later on Ste spots an upset Sinead Shelby in the village following Finn O'Connor's return. The pair have a chat and it's just like old times until they begin discussing Ste's beliefs.
It's not long before he sees red when he discovers she's engaged to Sami Maalik. Back at home Ste agrees to help Stuart with his big plan…
Diane Hutchinson is left surprised when Azim Desai tries to book The Hutch for Sinead and Sami's engagement party. However Sinead makes it clear she doesn't want her mum involved in her life until Finn is gone for good.
Stuart and the rest of the far-right extremists are unaware that they are being followed by plain clothed officers…
Meanwhile Sinead prepares for her engagement party at The Loft and drops Hannah off at Leela Lomax's for the night. Ste is left furious when he's told he's not allowed to see his daughter and he ends up arguing with Sami.
At The Loft, Sinead is left annoyed with her fiancé for sinking to Ste's level but she has a change of heart and feels guilty when Sami admits he's had to put up with racism his entire life.
Stuart tells his wife to take the kids and disappear from the village for a bit… Ste is left struggling to keep his emotions in check following a shocking turn of events.
No one in the village can believe how far things have gone and it's not long before the police get involved and reveal they are ready to take action.
Elsewhere in the village, James Nightingale thinks Juliet Quinn should be punished for all the drama she caused Brooke Hathaway.
After James suggests she see a counsellor, Juliet asks Marnie Nightingale to help her make things right with Brooke and Ollie Morgan.
Marnie tries to help James move on from Harry Thompson by setting him up a dating profile. While this is going on, Juliet tries to help Marnie out by improving her dating game. Marnie is then left delighted when 'James' gets a potential match.
Bobby surprises Mercedes with a 'beach' on The Dog patio. After she tells her son that she's happiest when she's with him, he asks her why she hasn't had a baby with Sylver.
Mitchell laughs at Cleo McQueen's terrible dancing but when he spots Scott they share an awkward moment.
Scott wants to do karaoke at The Loft which results in him clashing with Azim. Luckily he's able to win Azim over.
Meanwhile in the village, Maxine is harassed online following Damon's arrest. James explains that Maxine's 'illness' is still their best defense for the trial.
He even tells Maxine to go to the trial so the jury can see for themselves how ill she is. Sienna Blake is stunned when Maxine decides to up her gain and use makeup to make herself look worse.
James and Damon are then left concerned when they see how ill Maxine looks… they're unaware that she's faking it.
