Hollyoaks spoilers: Monday 19 – Thursday 22 October 2020

The week begins with Nana McQueen calling for help. When Mercedes and Theresa arrive at The Dog they find a macabre doll standing in the bar.

The electronic doll reads out the seven deadly sins and explains that if they don't pay, each of their biggest secrets will be revealed and they'll go to jail.

It's not long before Sylver assumes they're being blackmailed over his murder of Breda McQueen. He's desperate not to go back to prison, so Mercedes ask James Nightingale for the money – as compensation for shooting her last year.

He's relived and thinks he's saved when James transfers the money but shortly after PC Kiss turns up to arrest him for the murder of his mum Breda.

The following day, the devilish doll comes back to life and asks the McQueens to guess who the blackmailer is, but if they're wrong the consequences will be severe.

Joel gets flustered when he bumps into his ex, Theresa, and it quickly becomes clear that there's still an attraction between them.
However Joel doesn't want her ruining his future with Goldie - will Theresa listen?

At the end of the week the McQueens start to discuss the seven sins and who else's secrets could be about to be revealed.

But Mercedes refuses to be threatened and decides that she wants to meet this blackmailer so she puts on her signature red dress.

They're all unaware that someone is watching them as they party their worries away at The Dog...

Meanwhile Verity is representing Diane in her divorce and Edward Hutchinson encourages his daughter to play hard ball.

Sami Maalik offers to help a struggling Tony. While Diane wants to take things slowly, Edward pushes Tony to speed things up.
A tearful Tony gives Diane the application for divorce and takes off his wedding ring…

The next day Tony receives flowers and a message from 'the love of his life' to meet him at The Hutch. Tony and Darren Osborne try to guess who it could be, suggesting exes such as Ruth and Julie, but Tony holds out hope that it could be Diane.

At the end of the week a motorbike roars into Hollyoaks village and when the biker takes off their helmet, Tony is stunned when he sees his old, dead friend Kurt Benson.

Kurt leaves Darren, Mandy and Cindy shocked and they're all left wondering - who really died in the jet ski accident all those years ago?

Elsewhere Victor tells Juliet to recruit more dealers and when he spots little Ella in the village, he orders Juliet to get her on board.

Ella refuses to work for them but Juliet quickly turns nasty and threatens her family… She then films Ella giving drugs to Charlie and it quickly dawns on Ella that she's trapped.

Sid Sumners is disgusted that Juliet has recruited Ella, but Victor threatens him to keep his opinions to himself, and Juliet takes Victor's side against her friend.

Meanwhile Tom and Yazz begin to talk about their futures and when they realise they both want different things, Tom thinks they should break up.
Yazz refuses to let Tom break up with her and thinks she can save their relationship.

Later on, Darren escorts Tom to meet Yazz in the village where she unveils her big romantic gesture – a recorded video love letter to Tom featuring every inhabitant of Hollyoaks village.

Tom is overwhelmed and feels a real sense of belonging, despite losing so many people that he loved.
He admits he's scared of loving and losing Yazz too and worries she'll get bored of him. When she promises that she won't and ends up proposing, what will Tom say?
