Whitney Dean has had a tough few months in EastEnders. She fell for Leo King – not realising he’s paedophile Tony King’s son – she then discovered the truth and was forced to kill him in self-defence.

Following the dramatic Thames boat party she confessed all to the police and has been on trial ever since. This week we’re set to see Leo’s mum Michaela return to the Square and cause some drama…

And next week when Whitney becomes the face of the latest scandal she decides to take matters into her own hands and prepares to flee Walford.

When Whitney notices everyone staring at her on the market she's confused. However she soon discovers Michaela's post and she's left crushed.

When Max Branning bumps into Whitney he opens up about his time in prison, after he was wrongfully accused of killing Lucy Beale.

Following their conversation Whitney is determined to take control of her life and it quickly becomes clear what she's planning when she clutches her passport.

Elsewhere Tiffany has Whitney on her mind and berates hubby Keegan for his current mood.


The chaos at the Taylor household becomes too much for Keegan which results in him exploding. However he's mortified when his younger sister Bailey Baker sees him.

Denise Fox is stunned when she finds out what happened to Keegan.

Meanwhile, when Ash has a run in with Iqra she ends up ranting to Vinny Panesar but they both panic when Suki Panesar arrives home early.

Ash then seeks out Iqra and after apologising about all that's happened she admits she loves her.

Following a conversation with Callum Highway, Stuart is inspired to propose to Rainie Branning again and arranges an elaborate proposal.

Kush continues to hide Tommy's secret from the rest of the Slaters and when he drops the little one off to school, he asks Isaack to keep an eye on him.

Jean Slater is left feeling touched when she receives a gift from Daniel.

Meanwhile Iqra Ahmed is stunned when she sees Ash Panesar’s calculating side, Leo King’s mum Michaela is back on the Square and shows her true colours and Linda Carter tries to support Sharon Mitchell.
