Sharon begins to panic when Linda Carer mentions that Max is getting close to working out who attacked Ian.

During a chat with Max, Sharon points out that he only wants to prove Tina's innocence so he can get Linda back.

Later at The Vic, Sharon and Kathy Beale have a stand-off and when Max oversees Linda and Mick Carter together he makes a shock announcement - Sharon was behind Ian's attack.

With Max's words hanging in the air, it doesn't take long for things to turn nasty.

Later Lucas tries to persuade Chelsea to take her mum instead but she refuses – leaving Denise hurt. When Denise hears commotion outside she confronts Lucas but he ends up hitting back and snapping at her.

Vinny later tells Chelsea and Jack Branning that he thinks something's happened at the flat after spotting blood… They rush over and are left terrified because Denise and Lucas are nowhere to be found.

Chelsea is left feeling guilty for bringing Lucas back to the Square and Isaac Baptiste asks Callum Highway if there's anything he can do to help.
