EastEnders spoilers: Callum Highway has doubts about his relationship

Will Callum and Ben Mitchell ever catch a break?

It seems that Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway’s relationship in EastEnders always has some drama and next week the police officer has doubts about their romance.

Meanwhile Ben gains the help of Lexi and Lola Pearce and he prepares to pop the question to his boyfriend – what will Callum say?

Elsewhere, Denise Fox is still suspicious about Lucas Johnson but that should be the least of her worries… And Chelsea Fox gives her mum an ultimatum – if she doesn’t want anything to do with Lucas, then she’ll have nothing to do with her mum.

When Linda Carter meets Frankie Lewis’ family alarm bells begin to ring, Billy Mitchell discovers the truth about Honey Mitchell and Jay Brown’s relationship and Gray Atkins begins to manipulate Whitney Dean.

And Kathy Beale confronts Sharon Watts as her fears for Ian Beale grows...

EastEnders spoilers: Monday 25 – Friday 29 January 2021

The week begins with Ben asking Callum to pick up an unwell Lexi from school. However he's unable to because he's not on the approved list.

When Ben asks Lola to add his boyfriend to the list she refuses until Callum is family.

Ben then has the idea to pop to the registry office and make things official but Callum is unimpressed – assuming Ben only wants to do it to make life easy.

Later, Lola and Lexi give Ben some advice and he starts putting his engagement plan into action.

Meanwhile Callum has doubts over his recent double crossing with the Mitchells – will they ever get their happy ever after?

Chelsea tells her mum that Lucas has changed, but Denise is too occupied telling Kim Fox about how successful her daughter is – although she's not exactly sure what she does.

When Chelsea spots Caleb, he questions her about their plan and warns her of the consequences if things go wrong…

Chelsea tries to track down her dad and even tries to persuade Denise to let Lucas live with her. After an argument, Chelsea gives Denise an ultimatum - if she doesn't want anything to do with Lucas, then Chelsea will have nothing to do with her mum.

Later Lucas admits he feels remorseful and although Denise isn't convinced, Patrick Trueman tells her it's best to keep her enemies close.

After Jack offers Lucas one of his flats, Denise agrees – hoping it will keep Chelsea safe.

Frankie goes to visit the crematorium for the anniversary of her little brother Harry's death and while there she introduces Linda to Jed - Harry's brother.

When Jed explains that Harry's dad never had anything to do with him, alarm bells ring for Linda…

After she probes Jed about Harry's dad leading to Jed storming out. When Frankie and Linda follow him out, Jed begins to turn on Frankie…

Later, Linda finds the right moment to tell Mick about Jed.

Frankie is still determined for Mick to not report her mum – but when Mick Will play football (about the same age he was when he met Katy) he comes to a conclusion.

Honey and Jay finally decide to tell Billy the truth. While Billy thinks romance is in the air, Honey prepares to tell him about her feelings for Jay.

A broken Billy snaps at Jay but is left furious when he discovers Lola knew about their secret romance.

When Gray spots Whitney and Kush Kazemi playfully winding each other up, he's left jealous and gets an idea.

Later, he tells Karen Taylor that he wants her to be a grandmother, not the hired help, and Whitney will be looking after the children from now on.

He then suggests to Whitney that they have a movie night with the kids but she tells him she has a date.

Taken aback, he then plants a seed of doubt in her mind… Later, when she backs out of going on a date, Gray invites her to stay for the movie.

The next day when Whitney plays with the kids, Gray is happy that she's fitting in the role he wants.

He then bumps into David the divorce lawyer and it quickly dawns on him that Chantelle Atkins must have gone to him for advice.

When Whitney arrives at Gray's he tells her he thinks they could be something special and that she should move in. Whitney is quick to point out that he's still grieving – what will he say?

Kathy worries when she can't find Ian and she questions Sharon about her son's whereabouts. Later on in the week Kathy storms over to Sharon questioning her once more.

Before any of the above, here's everything that will happen on EastEnders this week...

Sharon continues to secretly poison her husband Ian but she begins to have doubts about her decision and turns to Phil Mitchell for advice.

However when Phil reminds her that Ian is responsible for Dennis' death, she decides to continue with her plan and by the end of the week she takes things a step too far and serves him a killer meal.

Will this finally be the end of Ian? Or will someone see what's really happening between the newly wed?

Meanwhile Jay Brown manages to persuade a reluctant Billy Mitchell to join forces for a new business venture. Later on, Jay is later left struggling with his feelings for Honey Mitchell.

Frankie Lewis pushes Mick Carter for details about her mum but when he snaps at her, she’s left wondering about her future in Walford...

Elsewhere Ash Panesar finally tells her girlfriend Iqra Ahmed the truth about her brother Jags Panesar and how he is innocent. What will Iqra say?
