EastEnders spoilers: Things spiral out of control between Ruby Allen and Lily Fowler

Lily Fowler has made it pretty clear that she doesn't like step-mum Ruby Allen in EastEnders and next week, things kick off between them.

It all begins with Ruby struggling with hubby Martin Fowler's kids. However things spiral out of control when Lily destroys Ruby's late mum's wedding dress.

Meanwhile, Jean Slater spirals out of control and ends up crashing a delivery van, Patrick Trueman considers taking part in a clinical trial for stroke medication and Iqra Ahmed has some news to break to Mila Marwa.

Bailey Baker discovers that Banjo is not a stray dog, Bernie Taylor has a date and Kat Moon plays hard to get.

And it looks like things are moving very quickly in Whitney Dean's relationship because next week Kush Kazemi reveals they're planning to get married within the next few days.

EastEnders spoilers: Monday 5 – Friday 9 April 2021:

Ruby struggles with the kids and later gets some bad news about her MRI results. However nothing can prepare her for Lily cutting up her late mum's wedding dress. Later, Lily apologises but it quickly becomes clear their feud has actually only just begun for the little one...

Kush worries about leaving Arthur with Martin and Ruby while he's in prison. Later he threatens to tell Martin about his wife's secrets but when Ruby calls his bluff, he leaves. By the end of the week, an emotional Kush asks Martin if he'll be his best man for his wedding... next week.

After Sharon chastises Jean and Mo Slater's work, Jean takes her frustrations out on a delivery van. And even though the delivery driver threatens to call the police, Jean ends up crashing the van.

Sharon's brother Zack arrives in the Square and they head for breakfast. He manages to swipe her keys but later Sharon finds him snooping through her bedroom. He manages to win her round and they begin to share stories, but when Sharon invites him to stay, he refuses and leaves.

Patrick is tempted to try a clinical trial for stroke medication but Sheree is not keen. Meanwhile, Isaac starts researching medical trials himself and later opens up about his fears for Patrick.

When Iqra discovers that the photo from the shoot has been posted online, she rushes to break the news to Mila. And while Mila reassures Iqra that she's fine, it later becomes clear that she's very worried.

When Bailey spots a missing dog flyer, she realises that Banjo is not a stray dog. While she insists they give the dog back, Bernie manages to bag a date with the dog's owner Molly.

Despite Kat and Phil continuing to flirt up a storm, she's reluctant to go public with their fling.

Sharon Watts wants to be part of the money laundering scheme, Lily Fowler gets an idea that leaves her in danger and Bobby Beale is enjoying his dating life.

Plus, Phil Mitchell is left feeling awkward when Kat Moon overhears an intimate conversation.
