Coronation Street viewers cannot believe a major plot flaw in the recent Eva Price/Toyah Battersby baby storyline. When Eva fell pregnant with her cheating ex Aidan and Toyah's surrogate tragically had a miscarriage, there was only one logical solution.

Well, logical by Soapland standards, that is.

The women, who share a sister in Leanne, grew close and decided that Toyah would pass off the baby as her own - since no-one else but Eva knows about the miscarriage.

The plan has been in place for weeks, but as Eva reaches the eight-month mark, Corrie fans are starting to notice that something a bit weird is going on in Weatherfield.

The other night, Eva was stood behind the bar in a black dress - but her eight-month bump was quite clearly visible to all. So why have none of the other characters noticed or said anything?!

Granted, Leanne has made a couple of comments about how Eva needs to stop eating junk food, but literally not ONE other person has noticed her massive belly.

Coronation Street viewers were absolutely flabbergasted, and took to Twitter to vent their frustration...

Despite their deal, viewers have noticed Eva bonding with her unborn baby, and have begun to wonder whether this will have something to do with her and Shayne Ward's exits from the show later this year.

And in a preview clip for tonight's episode, we'll see Eva expressing her doubts to Toyah.

Catherine Tyldesley, who plays the role of Eva, announced last year that she would be leaving the popular soap in 2018, and earlier this week she revealed just how emotional she's going to find it.

Speaking to OK! Magazine about her upcoming exit, Catherine revealed she's already been crying about leaving and added she will be an 'absolute wreck' when the moment comes.

She said, "I feel emotional. Corrie was always my dream job and something I hoped I would do one day. I’ve loved every second of being there. I’ll be an absolute wreck! I just feel tearful now as I know I’m going to miss it so much."
